Hi! I'm Andrea. 

I'm an executive coach, writer, business consultant, educator and speaker who empowers leading women of color to own their gifts, clarify their transformational message, and tell their story with authenticity. 

Growing up, I struggled to find the words to connect with the people around me and the courage to live out my dreams. Entering adulthood, I found myself stuck, unsatisfied with just working to make a living, and longing for the chance to be authentically me, while serving others and leaving a lasting impact on the world around me. I recognized that to be the person I was created to be, I had to learn to live lighter, shed my shell, and be bold enough to tell my story.

And now I have the opportunity to teach others to do the same.
